Yalumba The Scribbler 2008 Cabernet Savoniogn and Shiraz blend from Australia. I definitely got the plum flavor and chocolate finish. There is a berry quality about the flavor, too. It was rather dry for my taste, and I like Cabs, and Merlots. It burned a little going down. We had it accompanying red meat for dinner. I decided to keep the rest of the bottle to put over steaks next time we grill, or add to my pot roast. It will make the flavor of the meat divine, but I just can't drink this one.
